Return PolicyDo your products come with a money-back guarantee? Any items you have received through the mail, are returnable in EXCELLENT, RESALABLE
CONDITION, including original packaging and paperwork, and we will provide a prompt refund
for the price you paid, however, you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. What if I simply refuse a package? If you refuse a package, you will still be charged a 20% restocking fee. We have no way of
tracking the return of your product, so if your product does not make it safely back to us, we
will be unable to issue your refund. To avoid any problems, please use a tracking method for a
return. How do I return a product? 1) Contact us first by phone at 810.733.9481 for the correct return address for that particular product. Please DO NOT simply send the package back to the address on the mailing label. Certain items need to be returned to the manufacturer. 2) To qualify for refund, the item must be sent back in its original sellable condition including the original packaging and containers, documentation, manuals and all accessories. We will not accept returns on items that are sent back in a condition that cannot be resold. For obvious reasons, we NEVER accept returns on PDF files, or Microsoft Word files or emails of our books once we’ve emailed the material to you. 3) You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Repack the item in its original packaging or new packaging, Pack the item well, insure it for the full value, and request tracking or proof of delivery – any items lost in the mail or damaged during return are your responsibility. 4) Explain the reason for the return and include your name and address, along with a phone number
in case we need to contact you! How long will it take to get my refund? Upon receipt of the returned product we will immediately credit your
charge card less a 20% restocking fee. What if I have a problem with my order? Please contact us at 1-810-733-9481 and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible. By submitting your purchase order, the client acknowledges, understands and accepts these terms of agreement. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed; therefore, we will not be able to cancel e-Book (downloadable) purchases. For book orders by fax or mail, you may cancel the order only before the product is shipped. If you're not satisfied
with your purchase, downloadable e-Books must be returned to our office within 3 days
from the date of the download, and printed copies, within 30 days, for a full refund. |
